How to Truly Heal Yourself—Level 1 Energy Intelligence Private Course is Open for Enrollment

Course fee: USD 1,498 for 5 hours of private, one–on–one instruction time. The first class is 2 hours, followed by three 1–hour practice, troubleshooting, and technique refining sessions.

Curriculum

Class 1 (2 hours)
• Learn the healing technique (20 minutes)
• Practice the healing technique (the remainder of the class)
• Practice healing yourself on one or multiple issues with supervision and feedback from Ana
• Attempt a consciousness shift

Classes 2 to 4 (1 hour each)
• Lesson on how energy healing works, and how this healing relates to consciousness (20 minutes)
• Lesson on how to approach and deconstruct complex energy blockages (20 minutes)
• Lesson on how distortions turn into physical illness (20 minutes)
• Learn to refine and get really good at your technique during the remainder of all class time
• Understand how to address fears, negative emotions, health issues
• Practice sensing energy and gauging your levels of progress/success
• Develop an ability to successfully heal on your own
• Strategize shortcuts to healing past lives
• Practice approaching and healing any special requests you may have
